Same problem in their other development White River Meadows over on Spiketon Rd. They built part of the 6' fence crooked on our property near 1239 E Brown Pl plus they never finished the fence along East Brown Pl

Not sure where to start. First I should have researched and read the reviews about Richmond American homes online before I bought from them. It all stated good with the sales person. Then about half way thru the build we started running into things that was "promised" us and was far from the truth. We was told and it was in writing that the extended covered deck out back was going to be 10X20. Its not even close to that. We paid a good amount 7K for something that was "a mistaken quote" They did take 2k off the price of the ... read more
