Opened in 1997, this pub took Anchorage by storm. The menu holds a full selection of appetizers from Brewhouse Amber ale-battered halibut and calamari to desserts such as wood oven-roasted bread pudding or outstanding crème brulee. Entrees vary also, from an applewood grilled King Salmon, to a three peppercorn spit-roasted prime rib accompanied by garlic-mashed potatoes. Of course, don't forget to try the house-brewed beers.

Crab legs were over cooked and very expensive, 3 legs for $32.
Couldn't get near the bar to order a beer while waiting on a table then after we were seated the service was very slow 20 min to get a beer can't wait to see how long it takes to get our food. If you're thirsty to somewhere else!
Had lunch at the brew house today. Chewed a piece of pizza, pulled something stick-like out of my mouth. Took another bite and once again pulled something out of my mouth, only to discover it was someone's (most likely a Chef's) toothpick. Absolutely disgusting! The waitress barely apologized and the manager didn't even bother to come over to our table and apologize. When leaving we asked to speak with the manager, she shrugged her shoulders and said " sorry not sure how that happened." Unacceptable reply and disgusting expe... read more
Amazing food and great service!
One of the best eating experiences I've had. Food was amazing. Staff was great (especially Ashley) and the restaurant is beautiful!!
Outstanding service and food was out of this world.....our first visit here.
They were out of the Imperial blonde and the Saison, both of which I wanted to try. Our server was really busy so service could have been better. The place was slammin' busy, the manager that schedules should have a better eye on those issues. Food was decent, halibut was a bit over cooked, while the mashed potatoes were only hot in the middle. Makes me think my plate sat in the 'warm' section waiting to be brought to the table. Last time we were here the wait was an hour and a half, we left instead of waiting. We found a se... read more
