I had my first Cryo session last week, it was more on a whim than anything else. I loved it, felt energized, slept well and after 5 sessions am seeing a noticeable improvement in some of my joint inflammation issues. I would highly recommend trying a session and seeing if you like it, 1st session was free. They also have compression therapy devices, which are like getting a massage, and are planning to add additional therapy services. Staff has been great to work with; I was a doubter and am now a huge fan of Cryotherapy.
Glace Cryotherapy just opened up in Mountain View and I got my first opportunity to try out the new spa this past weekend. Wow, what an experience! The spa looks incredible in person and the pricing is unbelievable compared to what others are charging in the Bay Area. Glace is offering Cryotherapy and other recovery modalities for as much as $300 to $500 cheaper than what other companies in the Bay Area are charing with the same exact equipment.
