The owners are amazing and caring !! I really enjoyed the positive environment ! I was going to do the light therapy but my pup was in the car and the owners were like we totally understand we are animal lovers too!! I’m hoping this works with the pain I am committed to go 4-5 times a week!!
This is my "me time" -- a good way to spend some alone time while also healing my body. Owners are super nice and work really hard to make the service accessible, and educate you on the benefits. Try it out! I consider this my chosen way to heal and recover and recommend it to my fitness clients all the time!
Glace Cryotheraypy is awesome. Brittney and Skylar allowed me the opportunity to come in and try several of their therapies including full body cryo, electric stim, compression, and red light therapy. They were all great. I definitely will be back to receive more treatment from Glace Cryo. And if you have some free time or want to learn about what they do, I definitely think you should give them the opportunity to educate you on what they do.
Great Venue, Great Owners, Would absolutely recommend Cryotherapy to anyone and everyone. If you have not had the opportunity to give it a try stop looking through the window and come meet the friendly staff at Glace!
This has got to be one of the most effective things I've done in a long while. Three minutes of cold, and I could still feel the effects thirty minutes later. Really amazing experience. I definitely will be back...
I first tried Cryotherapy at GLACE in Carmel, CA and would always go after my workout as part of the recovery process. I have been dealing with lower back pain for several years and feel significantly looser and more mobile after every session! The convenience of having such an effective recovery method in your gym is incredible and I would recommend it anyone looking to better their overall health!
