I am a local professional Realtor and shown several of GLA's apartments to clients. Every apartment has been beautiful and very easy to show. The rents are competitive and the buildings are very well maintained. The staff at GLA Property Management are always friendly and extremely easy to work with. My clients and I have been very pleased with our experience.
Nope. Just terrible service and building maintenance. They never fix anything and won’t even respond to your emails requesting things be fixed. There are so many other places you could be living before you live in one of these apartments!
I rented a 2 bedroom apartment from GLA about 10 years ago. The staff were friendly and helpful. The property the showed me was a house on South Blvd. converted to a 2 apartment building. The property and apartment were clean and well maintained. Visit their website. They specialize in smaller, cozy rentals in buildings that are well kept with beautiful architecture.
We lived in 810 Pleasant St apartments. Apartment was fabulous and pretty clean and neat. Management is very friendly and cooperative and they actions to the maintenance request swiftly. Other tenants in the building are friendly. Overall 5 star for apartment and management.
