Great management.
Once GLA Property turned into GLA Monroe with new management, lots of things improved. Communication was always timely, work orders were actually completed, and they got an online portal to pay your rent and submit work orders. I was really satisfied with the new management while living there! I lived in their apartments off of North Blvd for two years right after graduating from college. Management company and their staff are performing RE without an Illinois Real Estate license. This is Ilegal, Owners beware and Tenant. They bully tenants to pay for services that most landlords include as standard. Would not recommend renting in any building this company manages.
