Great experience working with Richard Ensign, quality work and explained well everything that was going on.
This is our second time having HPLC equipment repaired by GL Technologies, and once again, they exceeded expectations. Field engineer Richard Ensign did a tremendous job. He's incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and takes the time to patiently explain the issues. His friendly demeanor made the whole process smooth and reassuring. GL-Tech was upfront about costs, and despite being based in San Diego, they scheduled our repair quickly here in Pasadena.
