I was lined up with one of their real estate agents through Zillow mortgage which seem like a good idea at first. But the agent waited until I wanted to make an offer on a condo, and then slipped a Buyers Broker agreement in with the offer documents which I needed to sign. The agreement stated that I needed to pay her the difference between the commission that the seller was willing to pay,(2.5%) and the commission in the buyers broker agreement (3%).
