I’m visiting from out of town and was hoping to pick up some nice gifts for my daughters. I walked into the store at 7:50 PM— before the posted closing time of 8:00 PM—and was immediately told by the staff member that I needed to leave because they were closing. When I mentioned the hours said 8:00, she replied that “we close ten minutes early.” Meanwhile, there were still other customers in the store who hadn’t been asked to leave. So many beautiful pieces and a super lovely spot but the day we were there I was trying to purchase some jewelry and the staff member kicked everyone in the store out so she could go for lunch. She said she would be back in 25 minutes. We waited an hour for her to come back and she never showed back up. Super disappointing experience and there were quite a few customers with purchases. It is sad to see a good local business lose out on sales due to a poor team member.

Beautiful necklaces but staff was super unwelcoming and looked at everything me and my senior grandmother looked at to make sure we weren’t what? We weren’t stealing ? Pfttt First time inside and last time ever coming back !
