Refusing to answer my calls, I've begged them to switch my worker, but again they will not answer the phone. 0/10 on bed side manner, 0/10 on care for their surrogates. I WILL NEVER recommend them
If you're going to advertise on Facebook, and want competent surrogates, you should probably have someone proofread your content. During the application process, I noticed mistakes that made me question the legitimacy and quality of this business and don't think I want to continue the process now.
