Hope was honest and direct in responding to my initial concerns. She listens carefully and remembers past conversations and expressed feelings. Her comments and insights are presented with empathy and obvious understanding of the complications of the issues and dynamics of my life and how I respond to them. She asks for feedback and demonstrates thoughtful concern for how well therapies are working or not working.
Finding Hope has been a huge blessing , having someone who takes the time to actually listen to their patients and not just brush them off is something not many get the opportunity to experience these days . I look forward to each visit just to chat with her and know she is working hard to make sure everything I need is in place :) I would recommend her to anyone who needs additional support and a truly caring provider. Hope is nothing short of AMAZING at what she does and she now has a patient for life
Hope is always a call away. She listens and can relay to her patients. Her staff is prompt and never misses any of my request for medication.
