Storm damage to house. They wanted half of the total cost up front, but would not give me a date of when they would be out there to do the repairs. Waited over a month with multiple phone calls requesting date, still would not give me a date for repairs. Went with a different company.

Contacted Givens Restoration to clean the carpet in every room of our home. We were in the process of selling our home so we wanted the carpet to have a new appearance. Gentlemen arrived on time to scheduled appointment and were courteous and professional. They explained the procedure that they were going to use and asked did I have any questions or concerns. Our hot water heater flooded our basement in the middle of the night, soaking 1/2 our basement. Our Insurance company assigned Given's to handle the restoration. The showed up when they said they would, had to move lots of stuff in the unfinished storage area, haul out carpet in that area, move a family room full of furniture, sucking up the water, tearing out the carpet pad, extracting the carpet, setting up 12 fans and 2 de-humidifiers. When looking for restoration company, look no further. I was excited to find honesty and integrity with Darryl and his crew, and they were going above and beyond at all times to get our house back in order after a serious mess. They not only did great work on the restoration, but walked with us in communicating with the contractors which they did not get paid for. Can't recommend enough, definitely reach out to them while shopping for a restoration team.

I have used Givens in the past for water restoration, and that is why I used them again to clean my entire home and vents. Mark was so professional and worked extra hard to remove a nail polish stain that several others couldn't! Many thanks to the team!
