My birthday was December 30th I received a call December 29th about an order I placed. I was confused until I realized it was a surprise delivery for my birthday after explaining that to the lady on the phone she still didn’t show sympathy or even apologize for the fact she just ruined the surprise even though I was obviously upset. This shop creates beautiful bouquets. I always call in to order and the team there is always friendly and helpful.
The team here went above and beyond to make sure our order was delivered to the correct place. The extra efforts they made were greatly appreciated.
So long as you don't have to talk to anyone who works there, you will have a good experience, and will enjoy the bouquets. It is only if you have a question, and need to speak to the rude woman who answers the phone who clearly has better things to do than offer assistance, that you will run into problems. Hey rude lady, if you don't like talking to people, don't answer the phone.
