I have been with Dr. Guaitoli approximately 8-9 years now. I started with him from a recommendation from a friend when he was in solo practice. My 2nd appointment was with him at NCH Family Practice in Bonita Springs. My husband and I both went to him before my huband passed from ALS. He was professional and listened to our concerns. Now Dr. Guaitoli is the Physician for the Concierge Progam with NCH at the Bonita Springs Clinic. It is $1200/year but I decided to have a physician I could get into the same day was worth it. Proactive, professional, responsive, great care
Been with Dr Guaitoli over 10 years. Both my wife and my self are treated well and helped us many times.

Dr. Guaitoli, Is very respectful of my health concerns. Listens and explains everything in detail. I highly recommend him. He is trustworthy and knowledgeable.
Waited over an hour to hear my lab results, which I already received from lab. He spent all but 5 min on his laptop. Listened to lungs said to come back next year unless i needed him. ?? Should i have a colonoscopy test? Or followup on my neck pain( get massages) What a waste of time!
I was impressed by Dr G. He is very through. While interviewing he gathers all that you say on his computer to put into your records. This a proper method of your medical history to properly diagnose
spends all his time on computer when he should be facing and talking to patient. doesn't explain things in a coherent manner. his staff is ill equipped to even manage a prescription request.
My husband goes to Dr. G and feels he is very thorough. He referred him to a very good specialist for extensive blood work. He is a good listener and follows up on a regular basis. He is accessible which many Drs. are not today. He does focus on his computer and is not outgoing but a good practitioner. I am going to him soon.
