Over a year ago, dwtwn San Jose condo building flooded. Very little water made it into my unit. Months after they completed work on hallways and other damaged units on multiple floors, they insisted on ripping up my front entry to check for mold, even though no visible sign of it. Sawed through and tore up the wood floor only to find no mold. I said I would pay out of pocket to fix it back b/c it was way past date of incident to claim insurance. Issac Olguin and the Giuliani team have been amazing in the board up and clean up after a recent fire. Issac treated me like a human and always answered my calls. He had a crew ready to dispatch for the initial board up as well as for several additional visits that were needed. Issac is knowledgeable, professional and courteous- all the other crew members that I met have also been professional. I couldn't have asked for better support than the Giuliani team has given me.
