Horrendous is a compliment Quantity not quality is the game at Gittleman. They manage 280 buildings in the metro. WAY WAY too many given the number of employees they have. Everything is fee based here. They may have reasonable up-front costs but they pass the buck on to the residents. $125.00 for a copy of the budget and rules/regs for resale disclosure!!!! Extortion!!
