The dentist himself is skilled, caring, and genuinely a good person. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about the office management. • Billing Issues: Charges are added without quotes, itemized statements, or explanations. For example, services from August 20th were not reflected until a September 15th statement, yet an additional charge appeared on September 10th that I had never authorized. Dr gittings and staff is professional but the lady sitting at the front desk name Jane is very very rude. Don't know how to handle the conversations specially when you are sitting at the front desk.
Amazing dentist and amazing artist as well. A very decent and wonderful doctor.
