I had used these folks a year or so ago to remove a tree from a rental property. They were absolutely awesome! I had recommended them several times. When we decided to have 2 trees removed from our home this year there was no doubt about who I would call. It seems as though they have completely forgotten the value of customer service. First, they lost my information even though it was in the text thread with the company.
