I bought a new flexible hose kitchen tap and put the order in with the manager Dale, and with in the week I has it installed by a very professional team at 2 Vandelor RD. The 2 man team of Randy and Louie installed it very quickly and efficiently.
We have lived here for 7 years and find it to be very clean, well maintained and extremely safety minded. A good quiet place to live
Amazing staff/managers. Very kind and friendly people. Randy is great with any repairs and gets things done fast!
I lived 11 years in the Edmonton region. I spent two years living at Giroux. I wish I would've find that place earlier. Beautiful location and the On-site team is exceptional. They answer their phone 24/7 and will fix any issues you have in couple days if not the same day. The building maintenance is also exceptional, they are very luxurious apparaments and they keep it that way.
