I lived 11 years in the Edmonton region. I spent two years living at Giroux. I wish I would've find that place earlier. Beautiful location and the On-site team is exceptional. They answer their phone 24/7 and will fix any issues you have in couple days if not the same day. The building maintenance is also exceptional, they are very luxurious apparaments and they keep it that way. Management here is superior: security and safety issues are topnotch; common areas are clean and fresh and we all enjoy the seasonal decorations. Staff are always available and pleasant; thanks to them.
