I am so happy I called Giroux about an issue I was having when National grid replaced my old meter with the new smart meter. My power kept shutting off and i contacted nationalgrid to check the new meter. I was informed from the technician that I had some corrosion inside the meter box which would not allow a good connection. Contacted Giroux at 9am this morning and by noon the issue was corrected. Giroux was able to stop by within 2 days of contacting them (over a holiday weekend). We were glad they could come by so quickly. Justin & another electrician came to our house and worked efficiently. They were friendly, polite, and professional. They replaced a range outlet (switched it from vertical to horizontal) to get our new stove closer against the wall. fantastic overall experience. from initial phone call to follow-up check-in. we've had our technician robert out at least 2 different times and him and all of the staff were super knowledgeable and friendly- so happy to finally find a company we can trust with reasonable rates and immediate response.
