Appointment made two weeks ago. Received numerous of reminders notifications. However the individual that I had booked for two services is no longer with the company and no one bothered to contact me. I arrived for the appointment and was informed and no one else was available for one of the services. But my other booked service was kindly given to another individual without my knowledge days in advance. Still no one bothered to reach out to me nor did I receive an apology. Poor customer service

Ordinarily I’d only speak on the service the lash tech provided but the “policies” are such a scam lol I made a same day appointment at the National Harbor location two weeks ago. When I called I asked for a certain style that I’m in love with and was told that the tech was trained to provide those particular lashes. I get there and she asks me to show her a picture of what I wanted. She informed me she wasn’t trained to do those type.
