I love love love this gym. The pole fitness class is great and the time flys by! So much easier to exercise when you enjoy it. Missy and Shannon are amazing and very encouraging! So glad I have joined.

I joined mainly for the unique classes they offer! I love that I don’t feel judged here just starting out! Ive done Ariel,pole, and silks! My back feels better already and I was suprised how sore the classes made me (in a good way! ) lol
The classes are so much fun! Missy is an awesome and fun teacher!
I love this place!I have met a lot great women I call friends now!� Also try the fascia blasting by Missy she is the bomb!
Love your new place great location not too far from my house. Have a knee injury waiting to get the okay from the doctor so I can get back exercising again. Can't wait to join
I love this place people are amazing and go out of their way to help you how ever they can. Only been there a month and never want to lose my memeber ship here. LOVE IT!!!!
