When I first heard about the classes that girlfriends was going to start offering, Missy told me that they were really wanting to focus on empowering women. BOY WAS SHE RIGHT. No matter who you are, where you are at in your life, what you are doing, Missy and Shannon both lift you up to be your very best. The gym is so full of positivity and strength. Every woman should join this gym. Do you want to feel strong and incredible? Then this is for you. 💕
I joined Girlfriends Fitness near the end of March, and it has been an absolutely wonderful experience. It's a place you can go with no pressure about your appearance. They have such fun classes to take with ladies who quickly become your friends!
Great fun, women only ! The staff is happy to help you , with all your weight training and meal planning needs. It you haven't tried it ?? You should !
