Your drivers are absolutely rude on the road. They are riding people and being careless about others. Not cool! I would never allow someone to clean my rental who acts like that! So ridiculous!!!!!!!

This company doesn’t seem to keep sufficient notes on specific home details or use the same staff repeatedly for their homes, which leads to frustration and communication problems surrounding each home’s unique needs. In my case, they entered a room marked “private” that was not part of the rental unit, took clean laundry out of the dryer (all clothing, btw), and took it back to their facility where they threw some of it away within 24 hrs and without any effort to locate the owner. Although I'm all for second chances, hiring felons with recent history of identity theft and drug manufacturing may cause problems for everyone involved. Just be careful.

As a vacation rental owner, I would be wary of using this company. They don’t seem to keep good notes on each customer profile or use the same staff repeatedly for your home, which leads to frustration and communication problems surrounding each home’s unique needs.
