I have never in my life been so compelled to write a "review" on a person or establishment. Truly the worst experience I've ever had in a doctors office. Dr. Giraud tried to rush me out without taking anything I said into consideration, very arrogant and condescending. Told me to take an OTC medicine for 3 weeks (even though I had already been taking it for a week prior). Criminal lack of care. Dismissed swiftly and in a very condescending manor. She walked in with a diagnosis before speaking or examining. I'd try to talk, but she'd cut me off and start explaining my symptoms away as indigestion, and then insisted on scope that I had already had completed by my previous doctor for a condition that had already been ruled out- which tacked on $370 to my bill! Made apt with new doctor from the parking lot who ended up treating me for a serious immune condition.

I have seen Dr. Giraud 3 times myself and twice with my son. The first time I went to her I was happy because she diagnosed a problem with my ear that I had been having for awhile. Each time I have seen her, she has never been in the room for longer than 5 minutes. She is very abrupt, walks out when you are talking, doesn't listen, and doesn't really seem to care at all. She minimizes your opinion and questions and I will never go to her again.
