I had probably the worst doctor’s visit experience I’ve ever had. I echo all the other comments you see here. Please save yourself the time and money. Dr. Lissette Giraud is unprofessional, rude and unhelpful. I went for an ENT consultation and before I even saw the doctor or got the chance to explain my symptoms, I was told I needed to book an audiologist appointment. While I appreciated being seen by this provider, I was extremely disappointed by how dismissive, rude, and condescending she was towards me during the visit. She showed no care or concern for me as a patient and didn’t even attempt to be helpful or reassuring about my medical concerns. I will not be seeing her again and I would not recommend her to any other patients.

It's clear that she couldn't be bothered. She was impatient and annoyed and dismissed all of my concerns. She acted like I was in the way of something better she had to do. My ear is swollen, clogged and painful but she did not care. She did absolutely nothing to help me. She just wanted me to stop talking and even huffed at me impatiently as I was talking. Dr. Giraud is a prime example of abusing one's power as a clinician. She spent less than 5 minutes with me, forced a poorly sterilized scope without cause, and did not explain what she was doing nor what she saw. Her 'advice' was entirely misaligned with my symptoms and previous ENT assessments from far better trained physicians. She then prescribed Rx without making a diagnosis, all while interrupting me incessantly and dismissing my medical history and description of my symptoms. I arrived 8 minutes late for my appointment because of train delays (after travelling for 45 mins). The receptionist said the doctor refused to see me because she has a strict 5 min late rule. There was absolutely no one in the waiting room. I asked if I could wait and she could take me when she's available because I had booked this appointment as an emergency consult and would be travelling the next 2 weeks, but receptionist said she still refused so I had to leave without being seen. Absolutely TERRIBLE doctor experience. She does not care about her patients. In fact, she would rather dismiss them for all their issues and rush them out the door rather than help as she did with me. Her bedside manner is terrible, she is condescending and not helpful at all - it almost made me feel bad to explain that I was coming in with these issues. The worst part? Dr. Giraud is warm, friendly and knowledgable. I saw her for my ears and sinuses. She was very straightforward with me and I felt better after seeing her.
