They were very unhelpful with an appointment made for my daughter. They promised to confirm with her directly the appointment but never did. Finally called me 10 minutes after start time of appointment to announce it was too late for her to come in when we are just down the street. How about calling me "before the appointment" if there was confusion or uncertainty and you never spoke to my daughter (like you promised) regarding her appointment which she did not even make? My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Girardi for over six years. Very professional, caring and we are always seen on time. He fit me for a "mouth guard" due to my teeth grinding at night and now my wife is happy my "snoring" has stopped. We will soon bring in my young daughter for all her dental needs.
