Rosalind made the house hunt easy! She listened to our wants and needs and found us our dream home. She was fantastic to work with. Her assistant Nikki was also wonderful! She kept us on track with all the documents and information that needed to be completed. I would definitely use Girard Real Estate Group for any future purchases.
Rosalind and Nikki are a perfect team. They handle the sale of our house perfectly the same week it was posted in the market. they not even needed to do an open house!! they are very professional in what they do, too bad there are only 5 star, they deserve at least 10. we were extremely satisfied and grateful and we gladly recommend them to anyone needed help with real estate matters.
After the buyer failed to close escrow for the second time, I had decided to withdraw the house from the market and list it again months later. Rosalind did not give up, with her outstanding negotiation skills and hard work, she finally found a compromise solution that both the buyer and the seller could accept, which not only solved the problem for the buyer but also protected the interests of the seller.
