Very racist place and they take advantage of minority people that don’t know their rights. I wouldn’t rent from this company.

It was ok when we moved into caravelle apartments, nice neighbors. However after a couple years things are changing and it's leaving me and my neighbors disgruntled. They constantly raise the prices, can't buy a parking spot if you have a garage. By far the worst part is the maintenance the response time and quality is garbage. I don't wanna blame the maintenance guy himself (he has 108 units to tend alone), or the local property manager (108 units). I'm not one to write any type of review online, but it seems one has a duty to warn when in possession of experiential knowledge of potentiality of harm to others. Do not rent from this company, especially from the 127 W. Lake St. building. In short, the building is a dump and infested with roaches and mice, you will pay for a parking spot that you won't always have access to, and maintenance will take 3-6 months to respond to basic calls. This company recently bought out our complex in late June 2018. I have NEVER in my life seen a management company so unorganized as well as ZEROOOOOOOOO communication with their tenants. The buildings are always dirty. Parking lots and side walks go unplowed and unshoveled for days if it ever gets done. I have personally called their main office and stated concerns and there never seems to be anything done.
