Earlier this year the AC on our rental property broke down and our property management had Charleston Heating & Air give an estimate for the repair. The estimate was around $ 1200; among other things an expansion valve needed to be replaced. Since we did not want to take the word of just one contractor for it when we were going to have to spend this much money, we called Girard Heating & A/C in Summerville for a 2. opinion. I called 3 other a/c companies out to my house and nobody could find the problem. Girard came out and found the problem within 10 minutes. They quoted me a great price and showed me the problem and the tech didn't understand why the other people didn't find it. I waited three months before I posted this just to make sure everything was okay and it's been working great ever since I called my new friends at Girard. Thanks!!!!!!!!!
Great fast service and you saved us a lot of money vs the other company we used to use. We are happy with our new Gooman unit with a 10 year extended warranty. We are already saving money on our electric bill. Thanks Girard!!!!!
