Doctor himself is 5 stars. Absolutely amazing practitioner, very knowledgeable, compassionate and witty. His office staff experience is the opposite. I have to call hundreds of times to get ahold of anyone during posted office hours. Literally dial, wait for answering machine, redial for as long as 20 minutes to get anyone to answer. They say their office hours on the machine, but the reality is they block all phone calls for an hour after opening, an hour before lunch, an hour after lunch using the answering machine. Been a client my whole life, absolutely impossible to get a hold of. No answering machine or second phone, no email, no answer during posted open times. Months of calling on the regular to get an answer.
