I informed the broker, Richard, and his agent, Sheri (who shamelessly left the only positive review on facebook) of a situation that should be disclosed to any potential buyer and was told it is not a real estate issue. I don’t recommend any dealings with this realty and filed a complaint with the California Dept of real estate. I advise anyone who has a grievance to review the timelines for complaints, in some cases as much as 5 yrs, and do the same. CA DRE has a website that facilitates this easily.
