Two meals in our party didn’t arrive until almost everyone was already done eating. We weren’t even offered a discount and the manager refused to come and talk to us. The manager was so unprofessional that she came into the dining room to yell at our waitress in front of us and walked away without addressing our complaint. Straight from my google & Yelp review.Mediocre food, slow service and even worse manager Horrible experience. Group of family & friends go for dinner. After hour wait to get the food, they forget 2 dinners. After another 45 minutes other 2 get there food after everyone is done eating. Ask to box the food we where done. Ask manager to come talk to us. Instead she shows up yells at the waitress then tell us it is what it is deal with it! No way I can ever spend my hard earn money at this place when they show you don’t matter
RecommendedFood waa tasty. Our server waa extremely timid. She served my meal before my salad and my husband had nothing to eat for about 5 minutes. Someone else brought his pizza. Our server never came back. Drinks were served with servers holding from the top of the glass. I do NOT want your fingers where my mouth may be on the glass. Would have gladly expressed my thoughts while there but no one cared to ask. 3 out of 5 in my book. Think we will stick to carry out.
Giovanni's doesn't disappoint, year after year the best Italian in the state! Heck in the counrty!

My love and I just visited this restaurant this past Saturday after a long duration of time since our last visit...we walked in and we were greeted so graciously...we were seated quickly in the bar area... it was a very quaint and nice booth... the service was amazing , the food was amazing and our server was amazing... the support staff there were efficient and engaging as well...we will definitely be back soon...
I went for dinner with a friend Saturday evening it took forever to get service then we ordered chicken parmesan only to be told I don't think the deep fryer is working she went and checked and sure enough it was not. I guess they haven't heard of pan frying. I ordered the lasagna it was 80% sauce just terrible I felt ill all night.
