I have been shopping at Giovanni's for years. my whole family loves the fish. Our favorite is salmon. To satisfy everyone's special favorite recipe, I buy 1.5Lbs of salmon filet. I put aluminum foil in a square baking dish, put the salmon on the foil and dust it with garlic salt and dillweed. I fold up the foil, and bake it in a 360 degree oven for about 30 minutes. it comes out moist and flaky and flavorful. Now, here is the fun part. Very good food
We bought the soft shell crab, live spot prawns and the thresher shark. Everything was amazing but the live prawns were a special treat. The items were well packed and completely fresh. Can't wait for the next feast!!!
