My experience with NorthCap Management had its challenges, but overall it turned out positively. The management office itself, is very nice and professional, and both the move-in and move-out process were smooth with clear procedures that made everything easy to follow. The unit itself was in great shape upon move-in, which I really appreciated. I did encounter a major maintenance/sewage issue during my tenancy that was not handled well at first.
