Gio is an honest man, and that’s the most valuable quality in today’s world. He never tried to sell me something I don’t want or need. In fact, through a series of conversation, we realized together that now is not the right time for me to buy a home. This advice and guidance from a realtor speaks volumes. I was so lucky to pick Giovanni as my agent. I was not in town for the entire transaction. Giovanni listed my condo in the Atwater. He recommended a somewhat aggressive sales price ,which he was able to justify through his market research. He arranged for a beautiful marketing brochures and for staging.
