I was so lucky to pick Giovanni as my agent. I was not in town for the entire transaction. Giovanni listed my condo in the Atwater. He recommended a somewhat aggressive sales price ,which he was able to justify through his market research. He arranged for a beautiful marketing brochures and for staging.
