I am a client at Giovanna's, and I have my hair done by Grace, which I love, she is great. But I was at Giovanna's hair salon for a "neat bunn" for my 5yr old dance recital. She has very curly hair so I wanted a professional job, not being able to do it my self. Cheryl did a very bed job, her bunn almost fell of even before the show started and what the outrageous part of this was that they charged my 40$ for bunn in a 5yr old that wasn't even neat. Sooooo upsetting
