Never had I have a problem and my kids and I have been coming to Ciocca Dermatology since 2011.
They don't even deserve one star! After waiting two hours for my appointment they tell me my surgery was scheduled with a doctor that doesn't accept my insurance and the other doctor couldn't do it today. While waiting in the examination room the scheduling department called to give me the results and schedule my appointment. She didn't realize the called me weeks ago and I was sitting in the office. What a disaster. Never go to this place!
