Do not waste your time here! It's impossible to get a hold of a human being at this office. They don't answer live calls, only return voicemails (this was actually told to me by the front desk assistant). Takes days for them to return voicemails. And then - unless you answer their call - you're stuck playing phone tag. The front desk assistants take unhelpful and incompetent to a whole other level. They even cancelled my appointment (which I drove out to Arlington from Fort Worth for) in error
Dr G is very pleasant to talk to takes time to listen, he is also very aggressive on finding out answers for your illness and treatment.
Dr. Geslani leaves me with very mixed feelings. At times he is very attentive and others I get no response or communication with his office. Same with office visits....either he seems rushed or he needs reminders of what he is seeing me for and what my issues are. Then other visits he has all the time in the world and will start the work up process for issues. Then no f/u! His nurse is horrible about returning any calls. At this time I have decided to seek 2nd opinion.
Horrible communication. have been told more than once I will get a call to update on prescription and a couple of issues. Never get a call back and have to call them leave message and wait another week to two weeks. I am not getting any treatment from them just a runaround. It is now six weeks since my last visit and only a run around.
Dr. Geslani is one of the best physicians I have ever been too. He is so thorough, and truly cares about your well being. He is clearly very intelligent, but explains everything to you and really takes his time. If you have any Rheumatology issues, look nowhere else. Lastly, his nurses called me back very quickly when I had a question and they don't keep you waiting long at all in his office. He makes other doctors look bad by how excellent his practice is.
