The entire staff was incredibly informative, ensuring that I understood every step of the process and all my options regarding stem cell therapy. This place is a sham!!!! The "DOCTOR" could not produce a medical license. He was dirty and incompetent. Snake Oil Salesmen at their finest. When we asked questions we were told we were high maintenance. Paid a lot of money and received no benefits. - No follow-up calls.
Beware the people at Giostars are very good a selling a product. They are like slick used car dealers trying to sell you a lemon. This technology is in the early stages and is not guaranteed. I received the procedure and it did not work. It made things worse so be careful or you will be out a lot of money and heartache.
Be cautious with their doctor! I had my procedure a few months back and im skeptical of the dr. The dr did not take the time to review my MRIs despite asking for them prior to my appointment. He accidentally spilled some of my stem cells after they were prepared by the lab. Furthermore he bent a needle in my skin again leading to more stem cells being lost and lastly he also gave me contradicting advisement post stem cell injections. When you talk about firstclass operations, Giostar is right at the very top. I was very anxious about this whole thing for three weeks when I found out I was doing it. That was not the because of Giostar. It was because of my anxiety for travel flying and all of that. The people at Giostar were unbelievable calling me up numerous times to assure me that everything was going to be amazing.
