I understand. July 4 weekend. However, you wait for a table for an hour, then order the pizza at the same time. Get our table and wait another hour for a thin crust pizza. Not good.
My family and I were in town briefly and the only request my husband had was to have good Chicago style pizza. We were greeted promptly and seated right away, the 45 minute wait was worth it as the pizza was delicious and the service was wonderful. We ordered a large and could only eat half between the 3 of us. I just found out they opened a Giordano's near me in Columbus Ohio so I will have to try it and compare.
Pizza is good , different than regular one .but I will suggest pls don't go if ur in hurry. It takes too longer .
Pizza was great. Service was subpar. Down stairs manager ignored our table and the one next to us. We preordered because it takes 45 minutes for the pizza. After two hours We walked out but did talk to the upstairs manager. She went to the kitchen and boxed the pizza up and gave it to us.
