I was visiting Chicago and was told to get a pizza from Giordano's. Although it was close to a 2 hour wait, we did enjoy it . We did bring half back home to Cincinnati. I hope to be ordering online so my friends can get a taste of goodness!!
Food was great but not their service. I din’t even get a refill for water from start to end which is ridiculous. However the 3 stars are just for the deep dish pizza. It was amazing!
This was a trip for my daughter's birthday. There were 5 of us. The pizza was amazingly good. We got the deep dish Chicago. We couldn't eat it all. Would definitely recommend to others looking for a good piece of pie!
Horrible experience. It closes at midnight but if you arrive at 10:15, one of the first thing they will tell you is that it takes 45 minutes to get a pizza done, then the cleaning team will be working around your table, while the lights will be fully lighted . The best one? Regardless the "101 rule in catering" that you never bring an opened bottle of wine to a table, well... that's what they "always do", they told me! On top of that? They will come to your table every 10 minutes to "be sure everything is okay"...

We had another great experience. Everytime we come to Chicago, this is a must!! Great food and great service!!
I brought a group of 36 and the majority of the students really enjoyed it!!! I LOVED IT! The servers we had were wonderful and I would for sure go back next time I am in Chicago!
