I own a small business and understand the importance of google reviews, so I am not leaving 1 star. Waited 50 minutes for a teeth cleaning, then got sat in cleaning room for another 10 minutes and had to leave to relieve my babysitter. Overbook your office due to cancellations… I get it, but communicate with the people who show up and let them know time frames. Very frustrating. My wife and I will not return.
I have major dental phobia and when experiencing tooth pain I knew the time had come to walk into a dentist office. From the moment I stepped in until I left I was treated with kindness, care and humor! Not to mention Dr. Giordano’s honesty. We were going with one procedure until he realized that if we continued I might find myself with another appointment in another six months. Excellent experience... Dr. Giordano was able to see me ASAP when I was in pain and diagnosed it immediately, got me out of pain right away and took my insurance - the only one in the city. Great follow up care, I'm switching all my care to his office in the future and recommend to anyone
Im a patient and employee I love this dental office. The staff are very friendly and polite. Dr. G been my doctor for a long time I just lost contact. But im there now and he takes very good care of us all. My family and friends love him.
