It was nice to meet Dina since I'd talked to her on the phone a few times. Shannon was very helpful and explained everything so I could understand. Thank you. I also liked Dr. Giordano. He made me feel comfortable and it was good to know that my issue would be handled simply and that's what I like. Thank you as well. I will call if I have any questions or concerns. Also everyone was very nice and kind and that's also appreciated.
