Always professionl, experienced and willing to answer guestions.
As usual I had a fine a time at a dentist that is possible. Even though I was a little late I was taken care of in short order, and even got a bit of special attention on a recently installed crown that needed three minutes of smoothing out. It couldn't be better unless they started giving out chocolate when we're done!
No waiting time - appointment started right on time. The dentist spent a considerable amount of time discussing my teeth and answering my questions. Everyone in the office is very friendly and professional.
My experience ,although getting a filling is not my favorite thing to do, was by far better than any experienced I have had in the past. Dr G. and all the staff were very professional and efficient. Thank you for making this unpleasant event pleasant.
Sue was excellent. She did an awesome job of "teaching" me how to brush my teeth BFB method so we can keep my gigivitis at bay! She also explained what she was doing and took pictures of my teeth so I could see what was going on. Everyone was extremely courteous and dressed very professionally! Dr. Giordano took time to explain what is going on with my teeth and the next steps to take.
The music is painful
As always, I was made to feel comfortable and felt confident in the staff and doctor. I was very happy with the finished work.

I was very pleased that you were able to get me in for my emergency with the breakdown of my front tooth.....I actually posted a positive statement on facebook and others commented they too were happy with your dentistry.....Appears to me, you are doing it right. A big thank you to Dr. Lou......he worked his magic and got my smile back...best wishes always..................
