Joseph has done both my cut and color beautifully. Typically it takes me a long time to find a stylist I can trust, so I first got a hair cut (layers) with curtain bangs, and loved how he seriously he took the look I wanted - we talked about Color and I just knew I could trust him to dye my hair. So I came in again for partial Balayage and toner - omg I have never looked so good. Terrible stylist, didn't even give me his name, barely did a consult, argued with me, and apparently had never heard of heat protectant despite using such high heat on his dryer he was burning my scalp (didn't turn it down when I told him that). I even asked about heat protectant during the blow dry and he dismissed me.

I went in for ash highlights and left with yellow and brassy hair. Its very blotchy in the front of my face line. It looks terrible. She didn't use ash blond either. I sat there for 6 hours and I hate my hair. It looks almost platinum . My neck hurts from them tugging on my hair trying to brush it out from being ratted. I have never had this done in all my years of getting highlights. I have a bruise on my neck from sitting in the wash bowl three times. I had to go back the next day cause she said she could fix it.
