We have been going to Ginza for a decade in the English Creek plaza. Tonight was awful. it took them 25 minutes to take our food order, as two waitresses were eating. We did not receive all of our rolls. This was after we already asked for some of them that weren't brought to the table. My daughter didn't like her roll and they told us they were going to charge her $10. Really good sushi at good prices! When ever I want some sushi around this area this is where I go or the sushi from shoprite lol is good too!

This has to be one my favorite restaurants by far, great food, great service, great portions,and great prices. Literally no complaints
It's like night and day there sometimes. One time you go the rolls are nice and tight. Nothing falling on your lap. Others, as soon as you grab them they crinkle crumble. I'll continue to go but I have to figure out their chef schedule.
The restaurant was almost empty and service was just terrible and I'm never one to complain. I'd rather support a local restaurant rather than a chain but not at the expense of service. 2 people ordered non hibachi dinners which never came until we complained twice. We never got salad/miso soup with hibachi as promised on menu. We ordered all you can eat sushi but the server never returned after taking our order. Food was good however, the service was really bad and the children's cup they brought out was a take out soup container that they cut a slit into the lid for the straw...but the real reason they suck is because they took a higher tip than what we wrote on the receipt and we were by no means a large party...there was four of us. Never going back!!!
