They're extremely understaffed and unorganized. Ordered from there at 6pm for my dads birthday and ordered the party tray. Place was packed and in full blown chaos. Wouldn't serve you whatsoever without your "number" which they never gave over the phone only asked for phone number. Also, wouldnt let me pay because "it was easier in person". 6 other people complained the same. RecommendedThey wanted to charge $9.99 for my 3 year old who barely ate for the all-you-can-eat. Other option was to basically pay $7 for nuggets. You can get a cheaper kids meal WITH a drink elsewhere.

New owners terrible. Place now is stingy and very unprofessional. Had 3 pieces of sushi left over on my plate from all you can eat. Mind you there was 4 of us and they charged us more money for “take home”. Terrible terrible terrible.
I will NEVER step foot in this place again! I have been a loyal customer for years. The new owners are horrible. I came in with my family and they were rude from the beginning. (One Young Japanese kid in particular who claimed to be manager) My one year old son dropped some rice in our booth which we couldn't reach to clean up. Have been eating here for years... today went with my family and kept getting dirty stares buy a young man... (who later claimed to be the manager) It took forever for the food to come out and then at the end when we got our check there was an “open bar” charge so I asked the man what it was and he abruptly told me that kids are messy and we pay for them to clean!... our son had gotten a little bit of rice on the floor which I cleaned up the best I could, I was shocked how rude they were and we will never go back. eating at ginza for many years and tonight the food sucked 68 bucks for me and my daughter . I bring it up and they dont say anything I asked if new owners they say no ,I asked if new cooks they said yes .. we wont be back the food is bland and mostly fillers now .
I'll never go back to this place again.. found a beetle in my soy sauce, and all they could say was "So Sorry" but did nothing to make up for it..
