Ginosko purchased the HUD apartment complex Coventry Woods, that many elderly and disabled people live in, in Walker, Michigan, in 2024. The renovations have been difficult to the residents in many ways. It is an older apartment building, built in the 1980's. They replaced the boiler in an older buildling for the heat, but not the pipes, and the older pipes do not work well with the boiler and many residents without heat, for weeks or months, including in the freezing January temperatures this year, 5 and 6 degrees.
